Required Document List



1. Copy of valid driver's license for each signer

2. Copy of current home phone bill-any page showing number at current
address even if its not in your name

3. Computer generated paystub dated w/in 30 days showing YTD earnings.
If paid by handwritten checks, copies of the last 4 cancelled checks along
with a job letter showing name, SSN, date of hire and YTD earnings on
company letterhead.

4. Proof of residence-one utility bill or bank statement showing dame
and address-must be dated w/in 30 days

5. If receiving Government benefits, copies of current award letters or
if automatic deposit, last 3 bank statements showing deposits and a signed
SSA-89 Form.

6. 3 year residence and job history -both complete with names and phone
numbers to verify

7. Six (6) personal references complete with address and telephone
numbers-must be from separate households and not within buyers home.

8. Bankruptcy discharge papers-if applicable.

9. Full coverage insurance--$500 deductible max

10. If using child support or alimony, copies of divorce decree showing
amount received -if received via DHS statement or letter showing amount
received

11. Trade title-if applicable -if trade is titled in one of the tribal
nations, a copy of the CIDB card.

12. Self Employed required most recent 6 months bank statements or last 2
years complete tax return, depending on lender. Also a signed IRS 4506T form
